Pretty interesting little place. It was a little busy when we went but was sat right away after ordering. Not a fan of ordering before sitting but it is what it is. Mimosa flight was pretty good. Took a bit for that to come because they had to prepare each type but it was good. The kimchi burger I wish was spicy. Taste was there but they need a spicy version for sure. It's worth the visit.

What a nice breakfast/lunch spot in the heart of Gainesville. There are few seating options. I pulled up to the counter and enjoyed people watching while delighting in a high protein brunch dish that was fresh and flavorful. I loved how they prepared the eggs and potatoes. Everything was done with care. The service was good as well. I look forward to returning!

A nice, quiet breakfast/brunch spot that is serving up everything avocado! I had the mushroom toast made vegan and boy was it hearty and delicious. It's not your average avocado toast, this is a LOADED toast! It also has a very cozy atmosphere for outside seating which would be nice if it wasn't so hot this time of year. I would also love to see a vegan protein like tofu eggs or direct substitute for the animal products used in the vegan customizable dishes. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my time here!

Edit: Though the name has changed it did not change how fantastic the food is! My husband and I went out of our way to eat here on our most recent trip to Gainesville. YUM! I wish we had been able to try more because the menu looks great and very carefully curated. Cooked to order and with FRESH ingredients.
Talk about excellent! Such a cute and quant little eatery. The food was amazing! I went with a party of 5 and we all had something different. Every single item we ordered was delicious! My favorite was the Grits and Pork Belly dish, I could eat that every day of my life. Food was cooked to order and the ingredients were fresh. We all loved the chicken and waffles. The chicken was hand breaded and so crispy and juicy. We also had the French toast(plated so beautifully!), t.a.b.l.e. sando(perfect pairing), steak and eggs(seasoned to perfection). Most of us were from out of town, but we will definitely visit this restaurant next time we are in town!
Also, try the Ice cream!!! Sooooo good. Seriously!
I want to see this restaurant succeed, top notch culinary genius.

Great avocado-themed brunch/lunch restaurant! I liked that you can see the chefs preparing your food. The vibe is similar to Afternoon. They had the best Eggs Benedict I've had in Gainesville. And definitely get the hummus plate! Service was friendly. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. I'd definitely come back again. I only wish they were open later in the day!

Great place! Loved the store presentation, customer service and quality of the meal. Staff was super welcoming. I had the HASS French Toast. Topped with fruits, it is a very sweet plate. I wished I had ordered a side of something salty to balance it out. But hands down, delicious! Had this meal with a lemonade and it was around $25. Personally a bit pricy, but again, quality of food is outstanding.

New America Cuisine at Hass Kitchen is So underrated. I had the Crazy Rich Asians Benedict (house billionaire bacon, poached eggs, arugula, AO nori, orange supreme, gochujang hollandaise, on a giant brioche tower) as well as Deep Fried Karaage Style chicken.
The ambience was delightful, for a Sunday afternoon, I was surprised it wasn’t as packed, meanwhile many other poorly run brunch spots had 30 minutes waits? Don’t tell me the good people of Gainesville are more memorized by bland food than enjoying the flavorful selections this restaurant has to offer.
For someone who is actually culinary gifted, and not shopping for overpriced avocado toast, this restaurant was such a WIN and truly needs to be more appreciated.
I wish a location was in Orlando, but honestly I will make the drive again for this place alone.
High score 9.9/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The setup here is a bit unusual and the space is tight, but the food is really good. You can see the chefs cooking right behind the counter. It does get pretty crowded with limited seating.
Water is self-serve and you order at the counter, but they bring the food out. They forgot my avocado fries at first but fixed it quickly.
A little cramped and slightly pricey, but the quality definitely makes up for it.

A smallish restaurant on University with great food. I had the Haas French Toast with a hot Toasted Marshmallow Latte. Two large pieces of toast covered with avocado and cut fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc).
A little pricey, but you get the value in how well the food is prepared and the very fresh and abundant ingredients.
My wife had the T.A.B.L.E. Sandwich. It came with fried avocado pieces!
